In my haste, I forgot the last piece of big news from last week. We have now been cleared to stretch our BMT clinic visits to every other week instead of once a week. That means we've added two whole free days to our calendar! YEA!

We had a wonderful, busy weekend. On Saturday we attended the open house of our veterinarian who recently completed construction of a brand new, state-of-the-art facility. We have known Dr Taylor for many years and he provided excellent care for our beloved cat Kramer. We are so excited to see his practice grow. You can see photos here:

After that we came home and enjoyed a family afternoon nap while there was big rain outside. On Sunday we made our first family outing to the nearby mall (a place none of us has been in 2 years) and purchased a full size mattress for Chloe's new big girl bed. She has gotten too big and mobile for her crib and it was time to move on. We had narrowed it down to 2 mattress choices, one significantly more expensive than the other. We laid her on each to see how she looked, and, like any girl, she picked the more expensive one - she instantly began laughing and smiling and squirming around. So her Daddy gave in and that's the one we bought!
