Day +61

After two quick weeks at home, trying to adjust to a hectic schedule of meds, feeds, naps, and doctor visits, Chloe developed serious diarrhea and vomiting. This led to dehydration and yesterday she had to be admitted back to the hospital. She is receiving fluids by IV and today they determined that she has/had a viral infection (stomach virus, which we all got eventually).

This one in particular is very dangerous for transplant kids as it is hard to get rid of and can be very harmful, even fatal. She seems to be doing better so far, and we hope that the virus is only in her stool and not in her bloodstream (we'll know that in a little while). So we'll be at TCH for at least a few days.
