Sept 29 Day -9
Arrived at MDA at 6 am for surgery to install two long-term IV lines (called central lines or catheters) for administering medications and drawing blood without multiple needle sticks. Surgery went well and we moved to our room around noon. Chloe slept most of the day, and by late evening was beginning to return to her normal self.
